JIANNA LIU

Jianna Liu is an Investor at Dorm Room Fund and the Co-founder of Cardinal, an artificial intelligence platform focused on precision outbound. She graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a degree in computer science before building her technical foundation as a software engineer at Meta, DoorDash, Nvidia, and the MIT School of Architecture and Planning. As a two-time Y Combinator founder, Liu previously co-founded Leafpress, an energy software startup from the accelerator's S23 batch that was subsequently acquired by Johnson Controls. She is currently participating in the Y Combinator W26 batch with Cardinal while simultaneously evaluating early-stage technology startup investments for Dorm Room Fund.
