Jeff Chang

Jeff Chang is the Co-Founder of Vest, an asset management firm where he directs product strategy, research, and market positioning across all distribution channels. He brings over 25 years of executive experience in the financial services industry, specializing in the development and management of complex investment products. Prior to establishing Vest in 2012, Chang held professional roles at ProShares and FBR & Co., building his core expertise in asset management and financial strategy. His academic background includes attending the United States Naval Academy and earning a degree from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University. To support his technical financial work, he maintains active Chartered Financial Analyst, Certified Public Accountant, and Certified Fraud Examiner professional designations.
