Ivan Zhang is the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Pinnacle, a Y Combinator-backed technology startup focused on developing Rich Communication Services messaging application programming interfaces. He previously studied Computer Science and Statistics at Harvard College before beginning his professional career as a software engineer at Amazon, where he specialized in building internal operational tools. Following his tenure at Amazon, Zhang transitioned to the venture capital sector to work as a software engineer for the Customer Value Fund at General Catalyst.
