Iba Masood is the co-founder and CEO of Tara AI, an enterprise technology company based in San Jose, California. She directs the strategic development of an intelligent project management platform utilized by thousands of software engineers globally to streamline product delivery and release planning. Under her executive leadership, Tara AI successfully secured a $10 million Series A funding round in 2020 to expand its engineering and product teams. Prior to founding her current venture, Masood gained corporate and consulting experience working at McKinsey & Company and General Electric. She holds an undergraduate finance degree from the American University of Sharjah and was previously recognized on the 2018 Forbes 30 Under 30 list for Enterprise Technology. Her career focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence to build scalable software development tools that consistently enhance engineering productivity.
