Haroon Mokhtarzada

Haroon Mokhtarzada is a serial tech entrepreneur and active angel investor based in the Washington DC metropolitan area who serves as the CEO of Truebill. After earning a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, he transitioned into the consumer technology sector by launching the website creation platform Webs alongside his brothers in 2001. Under his leadership as chief executive officer, Webs scaled to fifty million users before Vistaprint acquired the company for 117 million dollars, leading him to start Truebill in 2015. Truebill was acquired by Rocket Companies for 1 billion 300 million dollars in December 2021 and officially rebranded as Rocket Money, providing him with capital to build a robust angel portfolio. Mokhtarzada currently focuses on scaling consumer fintech platforms while funding early stage startups, featuring notable investments in major unicorns like Instacart and Sweetgreen.
