COURTNE MARLAND

Courtne Marland is the US-based founder and CEO of Lyra, an artificial intelligence platform designed to optimize sales conversations and improve conversion rates. After teaching himself Objective-C at age thirteen to launch gaming applications on the Apple App Store, he later earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and Economics in London. Before turning twenty-two, Marland scaled a marketing agency to over fifteen employees prior to its acquisition and developed four mobile applications, including InsureIt, which was acquired in 2018. Leveraging experience from conducting over one thousand sales calls that converted a $50 million pipeline, he launched Lyra in 2024, securing funding from investor Rob Hersov while attracting corporate interest from Zapier, Crypto.com, and Dropbox. His current focus centers on expanding his AI-driven B2B sales technology across the United States, the Middle East, and Africa.
