Aaron Cannon

Aaron Cannon is the co-founder and CEO of Outset, an AI-moderated research platform based in San Francisco, California. Under his leadership, the Y Combinator-backed startup achieved a fourfold quarterly revenue growth throughout early 2024 and secured a $30 million Series B funding round in December 2025. The company currently provides enterprise research tools to major corporate clients, including Microsoft, Uber, and Nestle. Before launching Outset in 2023, Cannon served as the Head of Product at both Untapped and Triplebyte, following senior product management roles at Tesla and Pebble. He holds a degree in economics and entrepreneurial leadership from Tufts University and began his professional career as a tour manager for the music group Timeflies. Cannon's current focus centers on leveraging artificial intelligence to scale qualitative user interviews and streamline product strategy for enterprise organizations.
